Please excuse my hair, it was still rather damp from showering. Anyway, i've realized that my calves got much bigger!!!! The thing is, it got much bigger with muscle. :-( I started hitting the gym about once or twice a week in hopes of losing fat and thus making my legs slimmer. However, it got bigger with muscle!!! This is really sad. Although you can't really tell in these few pictures, i swear, my calves are enormous now and it's due to exercising. How? HOW?!?! Sigh* I hate it damn ugly ahhhhhhh save me. Tips anyone?

  2. running makes your calves huge and itll get bigger and bigger if you dont stop. swimming makes your shoulders broad. to tone and become lean just walk at a leisurely pace for 1 or 2 hours daily.

  3. Hmmm if you don't wish to stop gymming (and I suggest you shouldn't!), you might want to focus your workouts on more endurance-related activities. The reason you're putting on so much muscle mass is probably because you're hitting heavy weights with fewer reps. Try to cut down on the weight, while increasing the number of reps. For example, instead of doing 8x40kg leg presses, do something like 16x20kg leg presses. This will tone the muscle and help burn fat at the same time.

  5. @Dave Mmm the only thing i do when i'm at the gym is either running or cycling. I won't like to do leg presses as it would most likely gain me more muscles than what i desire to have. But thank you for your advice!

  6. Hi you have to do to keep thin legs, but getting legs have muscles you would have to carry out a balanced diet that includes vegetables and foods that are not fried (I recommend you look for a balanced diet to accompany the gym). You should also drink plenty of water. Running will make you lose weight in the legs also have muscles will get is a good activity for health as well as improving physical appearance. Hope this helps my advice. I apologize if you do not understand, I am using a translator because management fluent English. Greetings.
Oh I forgot, I like your outfits. Bye
